A leading injection moulding manufacturer that operates globally is actively seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include -

  • Preventative and scheduled maintenance and repairs of manufacturing equipment and ancillary equipment
  • Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems fault finding and diagnostics, assessing root cause failure mode
  • Carrying out improvement projects to ensure machines run efficiently, and minimising downtime

We are keen to speak to anyone who has -

  • Practical hands-on maintenance experience with injection moulding machinery
  • A background in fault-finding, repairing and proactively maintaining manufacturing machinery which incorporates mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
  • Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Multi-skilled Engineer or Maintenance Fitter

On offer -

  • A salary of £41,000 - £48,000
  • Night shift:- Monday - Thursday: 10pm - 8am
  • OT available: time 1/3 mid-week, time ½ Saturdays, double time Sundays
  • Onsite canteen serving hot/cold food
  • Monetary attendance bonus
  • Plenty of opportunities for further development, including college courses

Based in the West Midlands, the Maintenance Engineer role is easily commutable from Birmingham, Kidderminster, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Burton upon Trent and all surrounding areas
