Job Description

A part-time Administrator vacancy has arisen to join a successful Mechanical Engineering company in the Dudley area. Working in a small friendly team, you will have experience of Administration within Engineering or Manufacturing as well as some accounts experience.

Responsibilities in the role include;

  • Preparing accounts to trial balance
  • Sales order processing
  • Raising PO's and liaising with suppliers
  • Managing stock control and turnover
  • Raising and checking invoices, issuing delivery notes
  • Handling incoming calls, dealing with order enquiries
  • General office administration

Ideally you will have strong organisation skills, moderate experience with Excel and strong administration and customer service experience.

Working part time 28-30 hours across 5 days Monday - Friday paying a salary of £15 - 16,000p/a (£10.30p/h). Ideal if you are without a notice period or a short notice, as looking to start in August 2022.
