Working as Sales Account Manager you will:
* Provide a positive and proactive experience to the company's customers, this will be done through understanding their needs, and liaising with the engineering to team to define the best possible solution to solve their issues.
* You will be working across some of the companies most valued customers' manufacturing sites you'll be taking responsibility for ensuring that manufacturing processes, packing operations, equipment, cleaning, utilities/facilities, computer and analytical methods are fully validated to meet the expected and operational requirements, GMP and regulatory requirements.
* You will need to identify and understand the customers' business, processes and staff.
* You will need to understand their most important needs and use your skills to understand how the company can deliver customer success, by working closely with the customer and other members staff to determine the best solution all round.

To be successful, we're looking for:
* You must have at least 5 years' experience in managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering systems solutions to customers.
* Maintain and grow relationships with potential and current clients
* Assess and evaluate customer requirements, defining approaches for new and existing clients
* Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective and existing customers
* Closing deals and delivering your KPI's
* Strong demonstrated face to face selling experience and remote working experience
* Strong team player who has the passion and desire to accomplish challenging amounts of work in order to define the best solutions for project, customer and their business.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and be experienced with client facing.
* Full driving licence will be required

Benefits:
£35,000 to £55,000 pa basic salary with pension, health insurance, company laptop and mobile phone, flexible working hours and early finish on a Friday.

Commutable from: Manchester, Liverpool, Runcorn, Leigh, Northwich, Widnes, Stockport, St Helens and Wigan.
