Our client is looking for a 1st Line Support/Help desk to be based in Chester to provide excellent customer service IT assistance across all aspects of the business including answering the help desk and resolving IT issues, your day to day duties will involve diagnosing and resolving technical issues, setting up and configuring new PC's and Laptops, hardware fault finding, maintain active directory, setting up mobile phones.
