Job Description

A Sales Administrator position is available to join a successful manufacturing company based in the North Coventry area on a full time permanent basis. An opportunity to join a thriving business and develop relationships with your portfolio of accounts to ensure all orders are processed and completed on time.

Duties of the role include;

  • Managing the entire order management process for your allocated accounts
  • Sales order processing
  • Preparation of order books
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Handling any transport and delivery issues/updates and delays and communicating these to your customers
  • Handling any after sales queries and generating credit notes if required
  • Supporting in general administration as required

To be considered for this Sales Administrator role you will need the following experience;

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good computer skills, able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Able to work to deadlines, and manage a varied and busy workload
  • A background of administration within either Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills

Working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with an early finish Fridays of 2:00pm, paying a salary of £20-25,000 p/a dependant on experience. Office based in the North Coventry area, parking is available on site.
