Are you looking for a new and exciting role working within a successful organisation who supply some of the world's most exciting and innovative products into the market place?

This exciting organisation are looking for a Product Support Service Administrator who can maximise the company's revenue and contract recovery through national monthly billing of service contracts. You will also provide advisory support to the service team and also to customers by notifying them of when maintenance is due and any changes to the products.

As a Product Support Service Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Entering data accurately and in a timely manner
  • Bill service contracts through the system and within strict timescales
  • Update and maintain the company system making sure all relevant data is added and kept up to date
  • Process any customer credits
  • Process reports in order to improve efficiency
  • Process inspections of the products and raise the certificates
  • Manage own KPI's and send them to managers each month

To be successful in this role as a Product Support Service Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Minimum of GCSE Grades at A-C (9-7)
  • Proven experience of using Word and Excel
  • Extremely organised with a high level of accuracy
  • Confident making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls

As a Product Support Service Administrator you will receive a salary of £18k-£19k based upon experience. The role is an urgent requirement so they are looking to get someone started ASAP. The also offer auto enrolment into pension, free parking and 22 days holiday bank holidays.

The hours of work are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
