Job Description

A French Speaking Customer Service Advisor role is available working for an e-commerce company based in the Leicester area. A hybrid position, you will be joining a fun and energetic team in a supportive and vibrant environment on an 18 month contract.

Duties of the role include;

  • Translating product information between English and French
  • Main point of contact for French speaking clients
  • Handling customer queries, majority via email
  • Dealing with complaints and order queries (in both English and French)
  • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided

Ideally you will;

  • Be fluent in French and also English
  • Previous experience working in Customer Service
  • Good IT skills, with Microsoft systems, Excel and CRM systems
  • Good problem solving, able to trouble shoot queries

Hours of work are Monday - Friday working either 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm totalling a 37.5 hour week. Hybrid working, up to a maximum of 3 days office based per week. Paying a salary of £22,000p/a.

They offer free parking on-site and are easily accessible via public transport.
