Are you an experienced Customer Service Professional looking for your next opportunity?

We have a fantastic opportunity available!

The company is a successful manufacturing business, this is a temporary to permanent position (around 6 months temporary).

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers via telephone (also email and very occasionally face to face)
  • Customer order management; from taking the order through to distribution
  • Managing and resolving customer queries/problems
  • Managing and maintaining a computer database
  • Working to KPIs
  • "Upselling" and keeping customers updated on products

We would love to hear from you if you have had the following experience:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service advisor/agent/representation/assistant
  • Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Good IT skills


  • Temporary to permanent position, initially paying £10.76 per hour
  • This role will be around 6 months temporary (then transfer to permanent)
  • Full time (Monday to Friday)
  • Excellent training and career progression opportunities.
