Job Description

A Sales Ledger Clerk vacancy is available covering maternity leave for 12 months working for a learning and development company based in Birkenhead, offering hybrid working and flexible hours.

Duties of the role include;

  • Maintain and reconcile all sales ledger accounts
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Deferred income release
  • Billing & invoicing
  • Handling invoice queries
  • Liaising with the credit control team
  • Adhoc statements and invoices

As a Sales Ledger Clerk you will be working Monday - Friday (37.5 hour week) 8am - 4:30pm with flexibility on start/end times. Paying a salary of £23,000p/a on a maternity leave cover for 12 months, ideally with a view to start April 2022.

Based in the Birkenhead area, near to Hamilton Square and Conway Park stations, also offering free parking on-site. A hybrid position you will be office based 3 days a week and home-based for two, days to be mutually agreed.
