A global, innovative automotive manufacturer is recruiting a Remarketing Manager to be based out of their head office to manage all of their used car inventory within their dealership network. The company offers an excellent benefits scheme including company car, family and friend cars, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, free parking, and generous pension scheme. This is mostly an office based role but you will also spend part of your week travelling to dealerships across the UK. The business are looking for someone who can take their remarketing business to the next level and grow further within the organisation.

The job

* Manage the Remarketing of all used car inventory mostly through their dealership groups, currently handling >10,000 cars annually.
* Own existing processes and measures to ensure used car values are maximised.
* Maintain routes to market.
* Input into the design of the used vehicle programme and implement across UK dealers.
* Achieve KPIs such as stock turn.
* P&L, Budget and Forecast management and delivery of these to the business.
* Provide info on RV's achieved and forecast for new vehicles to allow direct Fleet department to select the correct mix of cars, maximise profit and protect RV.
* Handle all internal and external customers.

To be successful in this role you will........

* Have previous experience within remarketing within a manufacturer, large fleet business or a large dealership group.
* Have strong commercial knowledge of the used car market including pricing and valuation.
* Strong communication and relationship building skills, both verbally and written. You will be dealing with lots of different types of people ad it is imperative that you are easily able to build rapport and credibility.
