A global, innovative automotive manufacturer are recruiting an Accessories Manager to manage all Aftersales Accessories across all of their UK dealership network. The business encourages self-development and has a track record of retaining employees and promoting from within. As the accessories manager you will work within an open office environment and work within a team of around 30 people within the aftersales function. The company offers an excellent benefits scheme including company car, free parking, and generous pension scheme but overall to really make a difference and make this job your own.

The job

* Maximise profit and performance from aftersales accessories within the dealer network of nearly 200 dealerships.
* Implement strategies and programs to achieve profit and performance targets.
* Product management and new product development ensuring that all genuine products manufactured from suppliers meet all standards of quality, performance, and profitability.
* Continual competitor market research to ensure product offerings are market leading.
* Work with marketing agencies to deliver effective marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role you will........

* Have previous product or accessories management experience, ideally within the automotive or aftermarket sector.
* Have worked as a product manager or accessories manager.
* Have a strong commercial background with a full understanding of profit and loss.
* Have strong product development experience and ability to work with suppliers on quality, delivery, and price.
* The ability to be based from their head office but to travel freely across the UK when required to meet with dealerships.
