A leading global car manufacturer is currently seeking a Senior Aftersales Operations Executive with strong customer service skills, excellent problem solving experience and good organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.

Job Purpose:

* Manage the Aftersales Operations support team and provide backup and remedial action if necessary, enabling the department to meet all internal/external reporting and project activities.
* Responsible for the support teams objective/goal setting, personal development plans and annual/mid-term reviews including monthly one 2 ones.
* Management of allocated costs centre's key activities (Offsite meetings, Dealer Surveys, Dealer Forums, Presentations and Specified Data Reporting Requirements).
* Production of Departmental reports
* Ensure the Aftersales Support team are aligned with Product Launch Plans.
* Manage key supplier contract status, ensuring they are all compliant within the company's regulations.
* Research and involvement in the selection of key suppliers and supplier/account management where necessary.
* Take ownership through the support team of all incoming queries, issues and escalations, ensuring all requests are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion
* Support the Aftersales Planning Manager in the production of routine management and dealer reporting

To be successful in the Senior Aftersales Operations Executive role you will have:

* Strong customer service orientation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - over the telephone, face-to-face and in written form.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
* Problem solver; able to work under own initiative to solve dealer/team queries.
* Ability to operate under pressure / tight deadlines.
* Articulate / numerate / PC literate with Microsoft packages especially Excel, to intermediate standards.
* Efficient time management.
* Team player with great flexibility and willingness to learn
