HR Business Partner

A leading manufacturer of safety critical applications are looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their company.

Purpose of the role

Providing HR Support to all business units and being responsible for all HR functions including, talent acquisition, HR reports and planning all internal communications adhering to the companies policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

* Maintaining relationships with external customers and offering HR Support
* Managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process and leadership of On-boarding and probation procedures
* Supporting all ER and support employee communications
* Lead involvement for L&D programme and supporting managers with selection of external; providers
* Being the focal point for all security vetting for all new and existing employees and making sure they are in line with company procedures
* Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the HR database are kept up to date
* Timely and accurate delivery of Recruitment and HR reports, monthly absence and headcount reports, quarterly reports for US HR, and weekly HR recruitment report.
* Assist with any visitors or arrivals to the company



Skills and experience

* Experience in a similar standalone HR Business Partner role within an aerospace or manufacturing environment
* Managing talent acquisitions projects and dealing with security clearance procedures
* Strong knowledge of HR procedures and practices
* CHRP (Certificate in HR practice) qualified
* Excellent administration, computing and general office skills
* Graduate level or equivalent
