This is a fantastic opportunity for a switched on and ambitious HR Professional to join this well known automotive company, based in High Wycombe.

The role will be a 2 year fixed term contract, with a view to being extended or made permanent eventually.

This is a really meaty role! It will involve much more than administration - you will get exposure to all aspects of HR and Recruitment within a large company.

Personality fit is key for them - you will need to have a muck in attitude and be able to get on with tasks on your own as well as contribute to the small team of 3 HR professionals. The role will be very hands on and you will get involved in all aspects of HR so the ability to learn new things quickly is essential.

Duties will include:

* Dealing with new starters
* Handling the onboarding and deboarding process
* Completing reference checks
* Producing head count reports
* Updating the HR dashboard
* Interviewing potential candidates, working closing with manager on their job briefs
* Liaising with recruitment agencies
* Assisting with ER matters
* Payroll administration
* Inputting HR invoices onto SAP
* Working on various HR Projects such as, setting up a graduate scheme and looking at the employee journey

Personal Specification:

* Might be considering embarking upon CIPD qualification or CIPD qualified
* Previous HR database/administration experience
* Highly numerate with the ability to critically review numbers
* Strong attention to detail, process driven
* Advanced PC skills, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer service ethos
* Excellent organisational skills
* Highly confidential
* Team player
* Self-starter
