Job Details

A leading global car manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Billing & Fleet Support Executive to join their friendly team. You will be providing support to the Accounts Receivables function including issuing invoices, monthly statements and remittances, dealing with correspondence and queries from dealers and customers, as well as running credit risk checks. The Role: As the Billings & Fleet Support Executive, you will be: -

* Credit control of key customer accounts as required in particular fleet customers and insurance damage claims. Proactively reduce the level of aged debt and highlight any risks
* Ensure customers are billed on time for extensions and damage recharges (c £150k pa)
* Manage compound insurance damage claims on AR (c £400k pa)
* Support Credit & Billing Manager with daily clearing of bank suspense items c 1.5bn per annum, ensuring minimal aged items. Matching of bank suspense items to AP and AR
* Assist with administration of company cars fleets including ordering, registering, updating Motor Insurance Database, V5s, missing keys, administering vehicle fines and pool car bookings.
* Assist with debt factoring queries and correspondence. Liaise with bank as required. Liaise with fleet companies to minimize ageing of c£20m receivables
* Processing of direct debit payments on a weekly/monthly basis
* Carry our weekly AP forensic reports
* Upload used car files on a daily basis and ensure rejected vehicles are handled appropriately. Liaise with Remarketing team to resolve any queries (c 9000 vehicles pa)
* Ensure all documentation is sent to dealers and customers on a daily basis either online or by post (including invoices, credit notes, direct debit advice, statements and remittances)
* Assist with motor insurance claims and queries
* Ensure vehicle SORNs are carried out when due
* Assist with cash flow and treasury duties as required
