Would you be interested in having specific product training that would allow you to gain valuable knowledge in Industrial automation equipment? Is Automation a sector you are trying to pursue?

If so, you may interested in a fantastic opportunity has arisen with an international manufacturer of Industrial Automation products.

Primarily you will be providing product technical support on various products (Automation, Servo, Drives, Robotics) with responsibilities including:

* Taking calls concerning to the full industrial automation product range.
* Guarantee that all calls are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
* Gain positive feedback from customers and colleagues.
* Log support activity in CRM and Topdesk.
* Monitor support requests from team email.
* Keep up-to-date with the introduction of fresh products and seek suitable training where needed.
* Gather specialist product knowledge on a particular range, for the purpose of improving sales and levels of support.

You will be a natural problem solver and thrive from a fast paced environment. Self-motivation is key and a genuine interest in the industry will be a huge boost.

* Degree / HNC or recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
* Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Contributing to the overall success of the company's sales effort
* Good product and application knowledge
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good planning and organisational skills
* Self-motivated, ambitious, pro-active and tenacious.
* Capable of working both independently and as part of the team
* Previous Technical Support Experience


* Training (European travel possible)
