Job Details

A leading global car manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team. You will be providing support for the administration of the Employee Car Scheme, including all communication and internal and external customer queries. You will manage the insurance databases as required and liaise with insurers for motor claims. As well as the competitive basic salary, they offer 25 days holiday, contributory pension and a flexible benefits scheme.

The Role: As the Customer Service Executive, you will be: -

* Ensure all orders are processed accurately and timely at all times
* Ensure taxing, SORNs and insurance databases are kept up to date at all times
* Ensure damage analysis is handled accurately
* Improve processes and controls where appropriate
* Ensure extensions and damage costs are billed to customers on time
* Handle all correspondence with customers including renewal packs, finance agreements, early settlements and all other documentation as required
* Maintain the database and files with customer records and status of orders
* Liaise with customers regarding stock availability of cars and finance approval
* Liaise with finance company regarding credit checks, finance approval, agreements, finance settlements, buyback of vehicles and others as required
* Liaise with import centre with regards to delivery of vehicles
* Handle taxing and registering of vehicles for all cars
* Handle inspection sheets on return of cars and arrange recharge of damage/excess mileage costs to customer
* Liaise with HR department with regards to policy and eligibility
* Calculate excess mileage and damage costs payable by customers and liaise with Accounts Receivable team to arrange billing
* Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
* Ensure motor insurance database is kept up to date and insurance claims procedures are correctly followed

To be successful in the Customer Service Executive role, you will have:

* Strong customer service orientation
* Computer literate - good at working with Excel, Word and databases
* High level of accuracy and an eye for detail
* Team player and well-organised
* Positive and flexible
* Excellent telephone skills/manner
* Able to prioritise workload and meeting deadlines
* Excellent administration skills
