Job Description

The client are a manufacturer of vehicles and associated vehicle systems. They have been successfully trading for nearly 50 years and in that time have increased the size and turnover of the organisation.

The main duties of the role is;

  • To manage the workshop and assembly team to ensure all manufacture targets are met in line with client schedule
  • To have a hands on approach and assist with any projects when required
  • Mentor, train and guide team members
  • Liaise with works manager and other departments to resolve any manufacturing issues

I would be keen to receive CV's from candidates who hold the following skills;

  • Experience in supervision or management of teams in a workshop/fitting environment
  • Good working knowledge of motors and a strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent knowledge of auto electrics, pneumatic and hydraulics
  • A hands on approach and a "can do attitude"
  • Strong communication skills

The company are based in Bromsgrove so it is easily commutable from Redditch, Droitwich, Worcester, Birmingham, Solihull, Alcester, Kidderminster

Overtime is available (optional), pension, holidays, parking

Hours Days - Monday to Friday
