Job Description

We are working in partnership with a Birmingham based leading healthcare provider who are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive on a permanent basis.

This role is pivotal within the company and you will be working alongside the Sales Director contacting leads and arranging appointments for the sales team to attend. This is an important position as you will be the first person that the clients engage with so an excellent telephone manner is essential. You are the first link in the chain of the sales process so you will have a real sense of achievement when a lead that you initially converted gets turned into a sale further down the line.

Having appeared several times in the Fast Track List of the fastest growing companies that are based in the UK, this is an excellent time to get on board with this company.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling prospective clients to discuss services on offer
  • Arranging meetings between clients and the sales team to discuss in further detail
  • Developing a pipeline of future opportunities by keeping in regular contact with contacts who aren't ready to progress yet
  • Maintaining sales database and sales team's diaries
  • Working to KPI's

To be successful in this role you will have a proven sales background and will approach your work with enthusiasm and tenacity, and in return you will be offered plentiful support and training to help ensure success in the post.
