As an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Actively recruit new consultant members, paying particular attention to where we have gaps in coverage and make sure you are able to adapt to deliver services at short notice to ensure recruitment is appropriate to business need.
  • Build the network using innovative techniques to achieve full national coverage, quickly.
  • Quantify candidates
  • Ensure new members are welcomed, interviewed appropriately and provided with ab induction
  • Use network to garner warm leads and introductions to trusts to build business quickly.
  • Attend industry events as required to drive recruitment forward.
  • Proactively identify workforce requirements and issues and lead on the effective retention and management of members
  • Maintain a robust availability calendar for members so we can mobilise teams quickly and with minimal fuss at short notice.
  • Represent the organisation at meetings as required and feedback information to all members of the team.
  • Ensure effective communication, both written and verbal

To be successful in this role as an Account Manager you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience within recruitment
  • Proven experience of up selling and retaining clients
  • Proven experience of working within a target driven role
  • Proven relationship building experience
  • Proven experience of selling a service

As an account manager you will receive a salary of £25k performance related bonus. This company is growing massively at the minute so it is an exciting opportunity to join the team. The hours of work at Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and they are based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre.
