Job Description

An Administrator vacancy has arisen to join a large supplier and distributor within FMCG based in the Aston area. A full-time office based position, this an opportunity to join an industry leading company in a varied and exciting role.

Duties for the Administrator will include;

  • Sales order processing and management
  • Checking POD's, liaising with transport companies and external customers
  • Producing invoices, handling invoice and order queries
  • Waste analysis and reporting
  • Handling incoming calls, resolving queries and diverting calls
  • Supporting the administration team and other internal departments
  • Providing cover on Reception and other administrative duties

To be considered for this role you will ideally need the following experience;

  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good computer skills, able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Able to work to deadlines, and manage a varied and busy workload
  • A background of administration within either FMCG, Manufacturing or Engineering would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
