Job Description

I am currently working with a successful wholesalers in the Bartley Green area, who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team. The role will be on a part time basis, working 20 hours a week, across either 4 or 5 days.

Duties of the role include;

  • Raising customer invoices
  • Generating monthly statements
  • Handling customer queries regarding payments
  • Daily cash posting
  • Processing direct debit runs
  • Credit control
  • General administration; updating account information, adding new account details etc.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger role
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail

This is a permanent position, looking to pay £12p/h / £12,480p/a working 20 hours a week, hours and days to be mutually agreed.
