Team Leader - Digital Services Advisor

Our client a leading public services provider who is at the forefront of delivering digital support programmes is looking for an experienced Digital Services Team Leader to join them. You will be responsible for

• A team of field based digital business advisors
• Focusing on performance and quality
• Work closely with the business in regards to digital services
• Produce action plans
• Ensure excellent operational performance

The successful candidate will have previous experience of

• People Management, team leadership
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to promote excellent team spirit
• Being Customer and Commercially focused
• Working within a performance based environment (ideally digital services)
• Knowing the importance of customer service
• have worked within a digital services environment and be aware of the importance of these services

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a very strategic team, the role is remote with some travel to Bridgend (Wales) and the surrounding areas, The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary, a car, pension and benefits. Welsh speaking would be beneficial.
