A global manufacturer of rail infrastructure products supplying OEMs, government contracts and construction is now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their London based team (north of the river!).
Up to £70K per annum (dep on exp), 40 hours per week - days, Company Pension, 33 days holiday (inc statutory), Comprehensive training including accreditations and qualifications, Wellbeing Support, Healthcare, Death in Service.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support to project teams, maintain commercial information, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and the Company's objectives. Liaising with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience of the Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT) / New Engineering Contract (NEC) forms of contract and knowledge of current contract law. Ideally you will possess knowledge of rail, mechanical & electrical, telecoms or fire along with membership in RICS, CIOB or similar.
