Key responsibilities for the UK Sales Manager include:

• Maintaining and increasing sales across the whole range of laser cutting machinery
• Gathering market and customer information to develop new pipelines of business
• Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Develop key customer relationships, together with attracting and building on these relationships to maximise sales growth
• Provide input to commercial strategy programmes and innovative solutions, as well as budget planning in support of relevant projects and new business acquisition
• To plan, attend and deliver demonstrations of equipment, and support trade fairs and exhibitions throughout the year
• New product introduction
• Project management from cradle to the grave

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a sales manager, selling capital investment machinery ideally within CNC or metal processing, focusing on new business and account management.

A French Speaking Customer Service Advisor role is available working for an e-commerce company based in the Leicester area. A hybrid position, you will be joining a fun and energetic team in a supportive and vibrant environment on a 12 month fixed contract.

Duties of the role include;

• Translating product information between English and French
• Main point of contact for French speaking clients
• Handling customer queries, majority via email
• Dealing with complaints and order queries (in both English and French)
• Ensuring excellent customer service is provided

Ideally you will;

• Be fluent in French and also English
• Previous experience working in Customer Service
• Good IT skills, with Microsoft systems, Excel and CRM systems
• Good problem solving, able to trouble shoot queries

Hours of work are Monday - Friday working either 9:00am - 5:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm totalling a 37.5 hour week. Hybrid working, based in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Paying a salary of £22,000p/a bonus.

Are you an experienced service engineer, looking to join a more organized machine tool service provider? Do you want to be paid door to door for all the hours you work? Do you need to earn over £55K a year OTE?

A huge player in the industry, their CNC machine tools are globally recognized. They have a strong network of service engineers, along with additional technical support staff who are office-based. They have a head office here in the UK for operations and storage.

This role will involve a lot of product training and investment from the company to bring you up to date with their full machine tool range. Once fully trained, this role would require someone to support on both installations and breakdowns.

Benefits include an excellent base salary of circa £42K depending on experience, salary review after successful probation, plus an OTE of over £55K with overtime weekday / weekends, company vehicle with a choice of car or van, mobile phone & laptop, 33 days holiday, death in service insurance, and a private pension

Responsibilities for the service engineer include -

• Worldwide travel to carry out breakdown repairs and maintenance of CNC Machines including multi axis Mills and Lathes
• Routine service and inspections, as well as fault finding
• Carrying out both mechanical and minor electrical repairs to the machinery
• Machine levelling and alignments
• Installation and commissioning of machinery on site
• Ordering of parts from the office, replacing and retrofitting
• Providing end user training and customer support both remotely and on site

We would love to hear from suitable candidates with the following skills and experience

- Previous experience as a CNC service engineer, or service technician
- Confidence with either electrical or mechanical breakdowns of machinery
- Good knowledge of fault-finding, diagnostics checking, and equipment inspections
- Willingness to travel in UK when needed, with overnight stays
