Production Operative
Up to £10 per hourA Production Operative is required to join a world leading Heat Treatment company in the Aston area of Birmingham.
You will be responsible for a variety of duties, primarily assembling pre-made jigs, or jigging, automotive components and similar, picking, packing and more.
The role is a temp contract to begin with, with longer opportunities available should you do really well.
Duties for this role include;
- Assembling pre-made jigs with automotive components
- Visual quality inspection of the components
- Packing, and general warehouse duties
Your role will be working on the day shift (7am - 3pm),

Up to £14 per hour- We are currently recruiting for experienced Wet Paint Sprayers for a renowned manufacturing company who specialise in the prepping and finishing of components for the automotive sector.
The working hours for this role are:
- 07:00 - 16:00 (Monday - Thursday)
- 07:00 - 11:00 (Fridays)
Pay rate:
- £14 per hour
The role involves you working within the paint shop department and using a spray gun to prep and finish components to a high standard ready for dispatch.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Preparation for paint work
- Mixing of paint, sanding, cleaning, and etching of all work in preparation for spraying with a two-pack paint
- Thinning of paints
- Clean down of guns and utensils
- Quality check products

Production Operative (Night Shift)
Up to £13 per annumWe are currently recruiting production operatives for a renowned first tier manufacturer of automotive parts sold globally near the RICOH ARENA IN COVENTRY.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing business and be willing to work rotational day shift and/or nights. You should have at least 1 year experience in automotive production or manufacturing.
Your main duties will include:
- Operating various production machines
- Ensure machines run smoothly and products meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any problems and ensuring downtime is kept to a minimum
- Flag any issues you can't fix to the maintenance team
- Quality inspect parts
Night Shift:
Monday to Friday 22:00-06:00
Please be aware if offered a contract, you may be required to work 3 shifts (AM, PM & NIGHTS)
- Anything over 40 hrs in the week paid @ x1.5
- Saturdays paid @ x1.5
- Sundays paid @ x2.0

Powder Coater
Up to £13 per hourWe are currently recruiting for experienced powder coaters for a busy manufacturing company in Redditch that specialise in bespoke signage for a number of global companies including JAGUAR AND COSTA COFFEE.
The working hours for this role are (rotating):
- 1 week of AM - 6am until 2pm
- 1 week of PM - 2pm until 10pm (Fridays PM hours 10am until 6pm - nice long weekend!)
Pay Rate:
- £13 per hour across both shifts!
As a powder coater, you will know how to do the following tasks:
- Apply paint and other industrial coatings to products
- Inspect the products or surface that will be painted
- Clean and prepare it, remove rough spots and sand or treat the surface,
- Apply an undercoat to the surface, and mix and prepare the paint for application.
- Use computerised paint mixing technology to do this.
