An industry leading Manufacturing company based in Warwick are looking for a HR Manager to join them in a stand-alone role. Working alongside the Senior management team to drive performance management, talent and engagement processes.

Duties of this HR Manager role will include;

• Assess and lead opportunities for training
• General HR Process ownership
• Work with recruitment partners to manage vacancies, handling on-boarding process
• Handle any employee HR queries
• Updating HR policies and being aware of any changes within employment laws
• Ensuring compliance across company policies and procedures
• Supporting the leave management process

This role will be offering;

• Flexible working hours, core hours of 9am - 3pm (total 37.5 hours a week)
• Opportunity to move to a hybrid role after initial training completed
• Salary of £40-45,000p/a plus bonus

Ideally for this role you will have;

• A minimum of 5 years' experience within HR in manufacturing or engineering industries
• CIPD level 3 or above
• Strong understanding of UK HR policies and laws
• Strong initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

An opportunity for an Administrator with experience within HR has arisen to join a large Manufacturing business near the Marston Green / Coleshill area of Birmingham on a temporary contract with an immediate start.

Day to day duties will include;

• Completing offer letters and contracts
• Recording and monitoring absences
• Editing and updating job advertisements
• Keeping employees details up to date on the internal database
• Handling incoming calls regarding HR queries

Starting immediately, ideally August 2022, working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm with a 3:30pm finish on Fridays paying £24-26k dependent on experience. Approximately 1-2 months, a temporary position offering weekly pay.

• Assist with HR - this can be disciplinary matters, setting up new starter equipment and ordering hardware.

• Assist the MD and senior management team on ad hoc projects.
• As Co-Ordinator oversee Health and Safety across multiple sites and evaluate health and safety needs of all departments.
• Investigate incidents, identify causes, and lead the implementation of prevention measures.
