Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Maternity Cover)
Location: Walsall
Salary: Up to £20K (exp dep)
Your main focus is to ensure the customer experience surpasses the competition, where you strive to go above and beyond to ensure they return for more. Even after you've worked here for a while and you think you know all of the answers, you will be the type of person who checks again, in order to ensure you do everything you can to help the customer with their targets and expectations. You will take ownership of any issues and queries, escalating them through the supply chain, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the customer is always put first, whilst ensuring all jobs remain profitable. You will gain an understanding of these engineered products, to make sure you empathise with the customer and understand why finding a remedy to their problem is imperative.
The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of different building materials and construction requirements as well as general manufacturing requirements. Used to dealing with technical issues with an understanding of how to liaise with various contacts within the supply chain in order to rectify them. HR Support Manager

This is a tremendous opportunity for a HR professional to join a global organisation involved in the manufacture of internationally recognised brands, with a reputation for excellence.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take on the role of employee ambassador and will work with senior management and employees throughout the business, providing advice and working with the teams to improve relationships.
Day to day duties include:
* Talent acquisition and on boarding of new team members
* Apprising yourself of employment legislation updates and advising stakeholders
* Performance management with full participation in Disciplinary and Grievance processes
* Development of HR reporting throughout the business
* Working in partnership with the training department on staff development plans
* Engaging with partner suppliers such as recruitment agencies
* Absence management
* Review and update of policies and processes
In addition to this, the company are in the process of implementing a new HR system and expect the successful person to be fully involved with the project - any experience of something similar would be a distinct advantage.
In terms of your background, you will ideally possess:-
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
* HR generalist experience
* Previous exposure to mentoring and coaching
* Employee Relations / Engagement

A leading and well established manufacturing business in Redditch is recruiting a Supply Chain/Logistics Assistant to work within the Customer Services of Supply Chain ensuring that customers receive a world class service.
Working alongside the Supply Chain and Customer Service team you will be responsible for the process from the point an order is placed to when it is shipped.
Within your role you will be using their well developed ERP software to generate reporting, analysis and ensuring the order flow is accurate.

HR Advisor
An experienced HR Advisor is sought by the UK Division of a global brand. The role is based at their HO in Redditch and travel will be expected to the sites under the remit of this role.

You will be joining a dedicated, collaborative and supportive HR team. A degree in HR or related subjects and CIPD qualifications (or equivalent) may assist you in this role but is not essential.
