Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing environment previously but this is by no means essential. It is more important that you have an HR generalist background to include:
Working with a range of people to include senior management
A confident and flexible approach
You will be joining a dedicated, collaborative and supportive HR team. A degree in HR or related subjects and CIPD qualifications (or equivalent) may assist you in this role but is not essential.
