25% Bonus - performance based
Provide leadership and guidance technically, commercially and managerially for the marketplace department
Driving eMarketing and eCommerce activities including the management of 4 direct and 5 indirect reports.
Managing UK integrations / Channels - collaborating closely with departmental colleague
Analyse tracking key performance KPIs and regular reporting to support decision making
Use channel analysis and insight to enhance marketplace performance and drive sales
Analyse product performance data to identify areas of success and potential improvement and implement improvements
Seek opportunities to increase sales whilst maintaining profit, both via promotional marketing and specific marketplace opportunities such as FBA
Ensure the team maintain the website and brand marketing
Work to meet the company's marketplaces revenue targets
Manage relationships with external parties
I want to speak to candidates who have previous experience of supporting an internet (IOT) or ecommerce solution, in a technical management or leadership capacity.
Demonstrable experience as a team manager / leader.
Experience in Ecommerce, internet or IOT based solutions
Confident at managing and prioritising workloads and delivering against targets
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
Able to lead and deliver a support project
Able to analyse and manipulate data to identify and create solutions
Good knowledge of specific areas of the role and current marketing practices
Embraces personal challenges, engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working with others
Able to meet deadlines and see projects to conclusion
Creative and solutions orientated, with proactive and positive approach
A willingness to grow and develop within the role

Must be based in East Midlands area as role is hybrid
