We are currently recruiting for auto electricians for a renowned business that modifies vans for large corporations across the UK.

Your main duties will be to install and maintain electrical systems contained in automotive vehicles.

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE.

The working hours for this role are:

• 8.30am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri
• 42.5 hr week with half an hour for lunch each day.

The ideal person must have at least 2 years worth of experience in electrical fitting and a full driving licence.

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will utilise a broad range of development and electronic design skills to build on new and existing R&D instrumentation.

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing microcontroller and FPGA instrumentation.
• Implementing the relevant problem-solving tools and run your own investigations.
• Communicating with all teams on site to help ensure that a quality service is delivered.
• Ensuring that customer requirements and project timelines are adhered to, bearing in mind supply chain capacity.
• Keeping abreast of new industry tools, techniques, and technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer who has the following skills and experience:

• Experience within this, or a similar Electronics role (Hardware Design Engineer etc).
• Proficient skills within the analogue and digital area.
• Ideally an appreciation for EMC and PCBA testing techniques.
• Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering education (HNC/HND), or relevant training.
