A designer and manufacturer of control systems solutions sold to business across the UK and globally, is now seeking Control Engineers at all levels to help ensure they continue to hit volume and quality targets. They design, manufacture, supply, install and commission their products and they've grown their customer base on the back of a hardworking, high quality, customer focused ethos that has enabled a healthy, organic company growth.

They are looking for 2 Systems Project Engineers (junior and / or senior) to take on the following responsibilities:

• Lead Projects from start to finish, through design and engineering for motor controls and automated systems
• Preparation of Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and associated design documentation
• Prepare accurate quotations / estimates for large value projects
• Specify & Design hardware solutions complying with all relevant standards (UKCA / CE / UL )

using E-plan and AutoCAD :

• Full Electrical Schematics
• Control Panel Enclosure Layouts
• Backplate Layouts
• Designing PLC & HMI Solutions including writing code, configuration & testing
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and other businesses
• Taking a Lead role during Integration and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
• Maintaining regular communication with production to ensure a quality product is delivered

to the client

• Post installation & call out support duties
• General Project Engineering / Management Duties
• Work effectively in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment

I am keen to speak to candidates that have any of the following experience as a Controls Engineer

• A relevant qualification (HNC/HND) in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or similar
• PLC, SCADA and HMI experience (Siemens TIA Portal Wincc) and Rockwell FactoryTalk)
• AutoCAD or Eplan experience
• Full clean driver's licence
