Responsibilities of the CNC Turner include -
Ideal applicants for the CNC machinist role will have the following skills / experience
- Previous experience with either programming, or editing of pre-written CNC programmes
- Confident user of either HAAS or FANUC controlled Lathes
- Be able to machine high quality parts from one off to medium batch volume, in a range of hard and soft metals
- Have a strong stable working history within the manufacturing industry, and be able to provide references when required
Working hours are 39hrs per week 7:30am - 4pm Mon to Thurs, with a 12:30pm finish on Friday

Responsibilities for the mechanical technician include -
You'll be working within an already established team of engineers, collaborating and working towards the same goal, so being able to work effectively with colleagues, is absolutely essential.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience-
- Mechanical technician, mechanical fitter, technical assembly engineer
- Apprentice trained or strong toolmaking / mechanical fitting skills
- Be able to confidently operate a turning lathe, surface grinder, standard inspection instruments, and hand tools
- Be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment where strict working practices have to be adhered to
- Capable of working from engineering drawings, as well as having an excellent eye for detail, understanding the fundamentals of how to strip down and rebuild complex components
Working hours for the role are 8am - 4:15pm Monday to Friday
