A Production Operative is required to join an industrial recycling company in the Wednesbury / Darlaston area. The company is a well-established firm, in which you will be working with a variety of industrial products.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

• Packing product for recycling
• Sorting items
• A lot of manual handling
• Moving stock around the facility
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines at all times

The hours of work for this production operative role will be straight days working 7:00am - 5:15pm, covering 46 hours on a weekly basis. The role pays £10.42 per hour. A temp-to-perm role, offering weekly pay whilst working on the agency.

A Business Development Manager is required for a brand-new role at a well-established Tube company. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be tasked with bringing in new business, maintaining existing accounts, managing your own diary to go out and visit clients regularly. Reporting to Head of Sales, the Business Development manager will be responsible for -

• Maintaining and increasing business levels of product sales.
• Hitting all targets and KPI's set.
• Gathering customer information to figure out customer needs.
• Increasing business opportunities.
• Developing strategies, forecasts, and pipelines of business.
• Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
• Negotiating new contracts with suppliers or customers on behalf of the company
• Keeping up to date with industry trends, economic policies and changing market
• Improving the quality of customer service and customer satisfaction

Experience within the Steel, Metal and / or Tubing industry is essential with engineering / manufacturing and sales experience would be a huge advantage.

• Moving larger stock with a counterbalance FLT
• Loading / unloading vehicles
• Packing product for recycling
• A lot of manual handling

• You require an IN-DATE Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.

This role will be;

• Working hours of Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:15pm with a 4:45pm finish on Fridays
• Working on a temp-to-perm basis with long term opportunities
• Weekly pay whilst on the agency paying £10.42p/h

Your day will be split between operating the FLT and manually handling and packing products for recycling. An in-date FLT licence is required for this role.

This is a varied and reactive Office Administrator role where you will be responsible for;

• Sales order processing and management
• Raising PO numbers
• Handling incoming calls, resolving queries, and diverting calls
• Producing invoices, handling invoice and order queries
• Liaising with production, ensuring orders will be completed on time
