• Creating and maintaining controlled documentation such as Process Flows, Process and Tool drawings, Process Routings, Bills of Materials, Work and Inspection Instructions, Purchase Specifications.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of quality management systems and working knowledge of ISO 13485 QMS would be beneficial

On offer -

• A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DoE
• Hours: Current staff generally work 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 1pm Friday, HOWEVER, part-time / flexi hours could be considered for the right applicant, they are happy to offer hours around childcare for example

As a Project Manager, your duties will include -

• Project managing the entire process of a multi-million-pound project (mould tooling, tooling validation, supply chain etc.), with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance whilst maintaining documentation
• Working alongside the quality team, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices - ISO 13485
• Ensuring seamless operation, developing and managing the supply chain, including supplier qualification and approval

• Managing project risks and resolving technical issues during the integration process
• Conducting training sessions for clinical staff on medical device usage and integration

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support to project teams, maintain commercial information, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and the Company's objectives. Some of your main responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor are listed below:

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental objectives

• Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost and value reporting
• Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and cost/value forecasting
• Ensure and develop good relationships and maintain with all stakeholders

• Responsible for subcontract letting, negotiation, management, and financial accounting
• Prepare applications for payment in line with agreed timetable and ensure certificates are received in line with contractual requirements

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience of the Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT) / New Engineering Contract (NEC) forms of contract and knowledge of current contract law. Ideally you will possess knowledge of rail, mechanical & electrical, telecoms or fire along with membership in RICS, CIOB or similar.

A Bid Administrator is required to join a engineering company based in their London office, near King's Cross. Joining a busy team working on large projects within the rail and construction industries, you will be assisting and supporting in the preparation and submission of all bids.

Duties of the Bid Administrator will include;

• Assisting with the end-to-end bid processes
• Collating estimators prices, qualifications for tender letters
• Collating technical queries & liaising with the estimators and clients
• Updating and maintaining trackers
• Preparing deliverable schedules for PQQ's and ITTs
• Following up on all tender submissions
• Supporting the Pre-Construction Manager in developing final submissions
• Providing support in developing client presentations & contributing to written proposals

Ideally you will have experience or skills with;

• Working in Construction and/or Rail industries
• Excellent communicator
• Good organisational skills & detail-orientated
• Strong academic background, ideally educated to Degree level

Offices based nearby King's Cross Station, you will be required in the office on a full-time basis.
