We are now seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with a commercial background to expand an already successful vertical market, taking a lead and becoming the company specialist in this field.

We operate within strict vertical markets alleviating the need for constant new business, as roles are passed by your colleagues, and you will pass relevant roles to them. Together we work as a close-knit team, sharing leads, best-practice, accounts and new business, to ensure we become known by our customers as a one-stop-shop.

In an open vertical such as this one, you will be expected to cover roles within Commercial Engineering, from sales to applications and product management, estimators, cost engineers through to senior management.

The ideal candidate will ideally have knowledge of engineering or manufacturing businesses and the commercial roles within, although we will consider most commercial sectors.

This Recruitment Consultant role will suit someone who wants to focus on permanent, temporary or contract roles, or someone who wants to combine all three.
