As a Senior Administrator, your duties will include -

• Acting as a primary point of contact for a high value customer, managing relationships with them, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Reporting to the Technical Director, your organisational skill will help manage the entire process of a multi-million-pound project, with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance whilst maintaining documentation
• Managing project tasks and tracking activity
• Ensuring seamless operation, developing and managing the supply chain, including supplier qualification and approval
• Creating and maintaining controlled documentation such as Process Flows, Process and Tool drawings, Process Routings, Bills of Materials, Work and Inspection Instructions, Purchase Specifications.

We are keen to speak to anyone with -

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of quality management systems and working knowledge of ISO 13485 QMS would be beneficial

On offer -

• A salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DoE
• Hours: Current staff generally work 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 1pm Friday, HOWEVER, part-time / flexi hours could be considered for the right applicant, they are happy to offer hours around childcare for example
